We are seeking a Principal Logistics Analyst to provide strategic leadership and subject-matter expertise for SAP warehouse systems supporting global Distribution Center operations. This role partners closely with IT, operations, and global stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. As a trusted advisor to leadership, the Principal Logistics Analyst evaluates cost, benefit, and delivery timelines for system initiatives, leads testing and deployment efforts, and drives global standardization through effective collaboration and governance, while directing SAP configuration activities to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable warehouse operations.
This position will work onsite at our plant in Memphis, Tennessee or Swedesboro, New Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP warehouse and logistics system processes, providing guidance and governance to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant transactional execution.
  • Ensure the effective execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end logistics processes, including SAP replenishment, demand management, electronic data interchange (EDI), logistics master data administration, and related distribution systems and integrations.
  • Identify and drive system and process improvement opportunities in partnership with IT, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting the design, deployment, and adoption of SAP enhancements aligned with global standards.
  • Develop test data, lead system testing activities, and support validation efforts for global Distribution Center initiatives, system upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Integrate insights and market intelligence from manufacturing sites, distribution centers, transportation providers, suppliers, and customers to inform data-driven decisions and strengthen service, cost, and competitive performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational diploma, or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics (or equivalent experience) OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years' experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years' experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years SAP Warehouse Management (WM) experience
  • SAP warehouse deployment experience
  • Experience working on global IT initiatives
  • Power BI reporting Experience
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with DC Automation
  • Project Management experience

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
