The Senior Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive sales, product growth, and marketing strategy and operates within the Bank to ensure alignment with executive priorities, while maintaining a strong partnership with IT.

This postion is located on site at our corporate office located in Oak Creek, WI.


  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end analytics delivery, including sales analytics, customer insights, product penetration, marketing channel analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Guide the development of predictive models, forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics to drive business growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure the creation and upkeep of interactive dashboards, automated reports, and actionable insights for all stakeholders.
  • Uphold rigorous standards in data quality, validation, and disciplined change tracking across analytics and reporting.
  • Synthesize internal and external data, including economic, competitive, and market trends to drive strategy, product, sales, and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, IT, Sales, Product, and Marketing to transform business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, story-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Represent the analytics team on the Architectural Review Board (ARB), upholding data standards, governance, and security.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven intelligence.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or a sales/marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Proficient in analytical and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
  • Solid understanding of CRM and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience with forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics techniques.
