Job description

Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team for a 6-month contract. The selected candidates will work in a hybrid or onsite environment across Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, or Boston, MA. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and defining business requirements, supporting data quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business use cases to ensure clear and concise requirements are provided.
  • Define and maintain S2T mappings to align data transformation processes.
  • Develop inclusion and exclusion criteria for data processes.
  • Define Data Quality rules and Business rules to ensure accurate and consistent data.
  • Identify and define Workflow requirements to optimize business processes.
  • Define Access Control requirements for secure data access management.
  • Manage Reference data and ensure its alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain Functional Design documents for ongoing projects.
  • Create User Training documents to guide end-users in the implementation of new systems.
  • Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Experience Required: 10+ years Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of Data Analysis and experience with MDM (Master Data Management) applications.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a hybrid/onsite environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.
