Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data generated from engineering testing, production, and manufacturing activities to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate technical findings to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test Operations to support product development and production initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, actionable analysis.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using Python, MATLAB, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or other technical organizations.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience working with production, manufacturing, or test data.
  • Knowledge of electric propulsion, aerospace systems, or other advanced engineering technologies is a plus but not required.
Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k).
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge space propulsion technology.
  • Exposure to advanced engineering, testing, and manufacturing operations.
