We are seeking an experienced EBX Specialization Business Architect with deep expertise in TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM) and the insurance industry. The Business Architect will bridge business and technology by defining enterprise data strategies, designing business processes, and implementing data governance solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong insurance domain knowledge, business architecture expertise, and experience delivering enterprise MDM solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Architecture:

  • Define and maintain enterprise business architecture aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and document current and future-state business processes.
  • Translate business strategies into data management and technology capabilities.
  • Develop business capability models, process maps, and information architecture.
  • Align EBX MDM solutions with enterprise business objectives.
  • Lead business analysis and functional design for TIBCO EBX implementations.
  • Define master data domains, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable MDM solutions.
  • Establish standards for data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of enterprise master data across business functions.
