What are some common challenges faced by a massage spa receptionist, and how can they be managed effectively?

Massage Spa Receptionists often juggle multiple tasks such as managing appointment schedules, handling walk-ins, and ensuring clear communication between clients and therapists. One common challenge is efficiently managing last-minute changes or cancellations, which requires strong organizational skills and adaptability.
