Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Forbes Five Star Standards of practice when interacting with guests and coworkers.
  • Greet guests and coworkers with proper salutation and smile.
  • Assess and accommodate guest's needs: inquiring about physical well-being according to treatment guidelines.
  • Conduct all treatments according to treatment guidelines while following draping policy.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, product knowledge classes and team efforts.
  • Engage in an open dialogue with the massage staff to encourage feedback.
  • Perform massages on employees.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and safe working environment.
  • Work with entire spa team to achieve and maintain harmony, productivity, and a positive environment.
  • Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety, health, performance, attendance and grooming policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Abide by all California Massage Therapy Council guidelines.
  • Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures. Sanitation, draping guidelines strictly followed at all times.

Absolutely Required Skills:

  • Must be service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time.
  • Must be enrolled in CAMTC approved massage school.
