The Institute of Beauty and Wellness is seeking a Massage Therapy Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of massage professionals at our Madison campus. As instructors, we provide our students the best possible service regarding education, support, direction and feedback.
Job Functions:
  • Teach core curriculum including Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, & Body Work Theory
  • Coach and provide feedback to further growth and development
  • Prepare students for state license exams
  • Inspire professionalism and strong work ethic as is required in the service industry
  • Implement company systems and standards
  • Learn Aveda products and services and then train students to the products and protocols

Job Skills, Education and Experience:
  • State of Wisconsin Massage Therapy license
  • 2 years of experience as a practicing professional and experience in a health-related field OR 2 years of post-secondary education/training
  • Teaching, training or leadership experience
  • Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
