Job Overview:
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative: Masonry Division to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform masonry inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site masonry inspections and assessments
  • Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
  • Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
  • Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service

Qualifications:
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1+ years of masonry experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

Work Environment:
  • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
  • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
