Are you a highly skilled, experienced mason? Acadia Landscape is now hiring to fill this specialty position within our Hardscape masonry construction division. Located in Knoxville Tennessee, we are a growing company that has been in business for over 25 years.
 

Job description

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • highly skilled with initial project layout regarding proper elevation marks while maintaining scope of work requirements 
  • Proficient in understanding architectural and general software designs with the ability to create a work plan for best installation methods to meet efficiency goals and industry standards 
  • Is well educated in determining the correct product material selection based on project scope ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction installations 
  • Highly skilled in concrete, block, brick and natural stone veneer installation while using industry methods and best practices
  • NCMA certification is a plus with overall industry experience 
  • Ability to calculate accurate material quantities and selection for each project 
  • Experience in proper concrete mixes related to footer installation, excavation and placement of rebar
  • Previous pool coping and natural flagstone experience a plus
  • Project management experience of large scale masonry projects is highly valued
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple on site crews and subcontractors 
  • Can consistently produce high quality craftsmanship with great attention to detail
  • High level organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to provide developmental training to apprentices
