M H Masonry Associates Inc is seeking five experienced Masonry Lead (Relocation Assistance Provided) to join our field operations team. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise brick masons, laborers, and equipment operators on commercial construction sites. You'll ensure all masonry work is performed to spec, safely, and on schedule. If you’re a skilled brick mason who thrives on building structures the right way—and leading teams to get the job done—this is your chance to make an impact at one of the largest masonry subcontractors on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise masonry crews, ensuring quality work and efficient performance
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction
  • Manage all phases of commercial masonry work—block, brick, and stone
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
  • Coordinate workflow, manpower, materials, and equipment on-site
  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment
  • Track crew performance and report progress to project management
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and coordinate with PMs to resolve issues
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial masonry (brick/block/stone)
  • Proven leadership experience managing field crews and site logistics
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and execute to spec
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work overtime and meet the demands of active job sites
  • Valid driver's license
