  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple commercial masonry, EIFS, and stucco projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and at targeted profit margins.
  • Own project forecasting, backlog management, manpower planning, and financial performance.
  • Drive accountability across project teams while improving processes, documentation, and communication.
  • Manage change orders, risk mitigation, project reporting, and client relationships.
  • Partner with executive leadership to improve operational performance and support continued company growth.
  • Develop future leaders within the organization through coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
Qualifications

  • Leadership experience managing Project Managers and overseeing multiple concurrent commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with masonry, brick, block, stone, EIFS, stucco, concrete, or other specialty trade contractors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, develop teams, and hold people accountable while maintaining a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to represent the company in meetings with owners, architects, general contractors, and clients.
  • Experience with Procore, Acumatica, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Science, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $130,000โ€“$150,000+, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  • $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance.
  • Health insurance.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Clear executive growth path within a rapidly expanding commercial masonry contractor.
Why This Opportunity?

This isn't simply a Project Management leadership role, it's an opportunity to become a key member of the executive team and help build the next generation of leadership within an established commercial masonry contractor.
