Job description

The Minnesota Masonic Home's beautiful campus offers a warm and inviting setting for seniors to call home or a temporary stop on their way to recovery. The facility consistently achieves quality Department of Health Surveys and has won several quality awards over the years. The campus provides independent living, assisted living, memory care, long term care and the largest Transitional Care Unit in the state
The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practices of physical therapy, state, federal, and Minnesota Masonic Home's regulations, policies, and procedures. The Physical Therapist assures that the highest degree of quality resident care, customer service, fiscal responsibility and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current registration to practice physical therapy in the state of Minnesota. Experience in adult acute and long-term care facility desired, but not required. Ability to incorporate all aspects of physical therapy in total resident care. Possess "team" philosophy and a desire to facilitate long-term care residents to their highest level of function.
