PrizePicks, the leading DFS platform known for its fun and engaging yet simple product, and a thriving community, is seeking a superstar Sr. Product Manager to be an integral part of our Social & Rewards Product Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, technology, user acquisition, and have a strong product management background.
What you'll do:
  • Strategize:
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve tools to enable Marketing to execute campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and improve spend performance
    • Set the strategy for how Martech, new member offers, and our referral program operates
  • Execute:
    • Execute on our team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap `
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Define and execute on technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall vision of the product.
  • Collaborate:
    • Work closely with engineers, designers, and a variety of stakeholder groups to define, build, and iterate on a best-in-class user experience.
    • Partner with Paid Marketing to drive efficient acquisition spend
  • Learn:
    • Deeply understand the Prediction and DFS customer acquisition landscape
    • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
    • Partner closely with acquisition experts to grow your skill set
  • Grow:
    • Our team is growing rapidly. We want you to want to grow with it.
What you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
  • A proven track record of building products customers love.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.
  • Experience with software such as AppsFlyer, BigQuery, Rudderstack, etc.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, such as Braze
  • Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills.
  • Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment.

The typical salary range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
