Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Software Engineer III to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will be focusing on designing, building and owning integrations across a modern SaaS-based MarTech ecosystem, with Eloqua, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and Sitecore at the core. This is an engineering-first role emphasizing API-driven integration, data flow design, and SaaS platform connectivity. The role primarily supports RISK business needs and operates as pooled engineering capacity within the squad.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain integrations across Eloqua and adjacent MarTech platforms
* Translate well-defined requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
* Develop integrations between marketing platforms, enterprise data warehouses/lakes, CRM, and downstream systems
* Ensure reliable, high-quality data movement and synchronization across systems
* Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver defined use cases
* Support BAU work alongside ongoing initiatives and improve platform stability
* Contribute reusable components, patterns, and integration frameworks
* Follow engineering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) required)
* 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology
* Proven experience building integration-heavy solutions across SaaS platforms
* Strong experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), data pipelines, and distributed systems
* Proficiency in at least one language (C#, Python, or JavaScript)
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (APIs and integrations)
* Understanding of Marketing Automation concepts (campaign orchestration, segmentation, data flows,etc)
* Experience working with enterprise data warehouses or data lakes
* Experience in Agile teams and ability to independently deliver from defined requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
