Senior Special Operations Integration Advisor (Independent Consultant)

Endurion is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM.

Location: Episodic educational events delivered worldwide, including CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM


Endurion is seeking a twenty-year veteran of U.S. Special Operations Forces to serve as a senior advisor and instructional consultant. The ideal candidate is a senior enlisted member or mid-grade officer from Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams. This role focuses on delivering episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses globally.


Key Responsibilities: Deliver episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. Teach tactical and theater-level planning, organization, and joint asset integration. Advise on integrating ground force operations with insertion platforms, including underwater and diving, air free-fall, static-line, and helicopter insertion. Provide expertise on integrating intelligence, ISR, counter-IED, and counter-UAV capabilities in support of special operations missions. Mentor participants using experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted leader. Required Qualifications: Minimum of twenty years of Special Operations Forces experience in Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams. Experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted ground force commander. Prior Theater Special Operations Command staff experience. Strong understanding of operational preparation of the environment and full-spectrum joint integration.


Desired Qualifications: Combat deployment experience in support of special operations missions. Advanced joint or combined qualifications. Security clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI or ability to obtain.
