Overview

Join our team as a Sales Admin and Small Group Manager. We are looking for a driven, organized, and enthusiastic individual to support our sales team and handle group selling for groups under 20 on peak. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by providing administrative support, managing inquiries, coordinating events and meetings, answering phones and maintaining records. You will work closely with the sales team to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and contribute to achieving our sales targets.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or hospitality environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
