Essential Responsibilities:

Analyze data provided from hotel night for assigned properties.

Investigate discrepancies in reports.

Ensure that payments are charged and posted to the correct revenue centers in PMS.

In the PMS correct any errors found in the audit.

Enter data into accounting software.

Print report and ensure that ledger matches PMS and research item that do not match.

Upload any missing data to shared database (online cloud).

Post received checks for activities in PMS and accounting software.

Prepared Room tax and IVU reports for assigned properties.

Sort and distribute supporting documents to Account Receivable / Direct Billing.

Maintain communication with properties front desk and supervising staff.

Attend casino soft count when needed.

Apply
