We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development.
 
Position Summary
 
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Hotel Manager serves as the second-in-command of the hotel operation and oversees the daily management of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments.
 
This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality leader looking to expand their operational expertise and prepare for future General Manager opportunities within a Marriott-branded lifestyle hotel environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Operational Leadership
 
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering operations.
Serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
Ensure compliance with Marriott Autograph Collection standards.
Maintain operational excellence and service consistency.
 
Guest Experience
 
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the entire guest journey.
Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly.
Oversee VIP, owner, and special guest requests.
 
Team Leadership & Development
 
Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and associates.
Support recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.
 
Financial & Business Performance
 
Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and expense control.
Monitor departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through guest feedback and performance metrics.
 
 
Qualifications
 
Required
 
Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
Experience managing Front Office, Housekeeping, and/or Engineering teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
 
Preferred
 
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Marriott International experience.
Experience in lifestyle, luxury, boutique, or Autograph Collection hotels.

The position offers a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) and includes 15 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days, 100% employee coverage under our medical plan, parking, a $50/month phone allowance, a birthday day off with a $50 bonus, holidays with a compensatory day off, and benefits at our restaurants and within the hotel (30% discount). All applicable Marriott benefits, relocation is negotiable.
