  • Follow up on leads and route them to the appropriate team members; track lead status and follow-through
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective clients - corporate accounts, social events, and group business
  • Assist Event Managers with preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), proposals, and event documentation
  • Support client communication throughout the planning process, ensuring timely updates and follow-through on every commitment
  • Maintain organized records of inquiries, contracts, and event files in the sales system
  • Coordinate with front desk, food & beverage, and operations teams to support seamless event execution
  • Assist with site visits, FAM trips, and client entertainment as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior experience in hotel sales, events, catering, or a related hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you represent the property in every interaction
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Familiarity with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar sales and event management software is a plus - we'll train the right person
  • Team player who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys working with people
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a full-service hotel environment
