Essential Functions

NOTE: Eligible candidates MUST reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin

• Work with patients, attorneys and medical providers to act as the liaison after an auto-related personal injury accident
• Communicate via phone call, email or text message to all above parties. Inbound and outbound calls are expected.
• Process treatment funding requests and coordinate ongoing medical care for clients. This includes reviewing case details to underwrite appropriately and to ensure it supports continued funding.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external partners.
• Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical and financial information.
• Display quality work, integrity and ethical decision make during all work assignments.
• Work in a team environment handling complex high-volume work.
• Effectively use company systems and technologies to successfully enter content information and track case details.

· Learn and understand legal, medical and insurance terminology to understand progression of treatment and claims

· Hit benchmarks to be reviewed for surgery certification at 90 day-6 month mark. Meet frequently with team supervisor to ensure meeting benchmarks and expectations for regular reviews

· Assist in shadowing and ongoing training with peers and new hires
