**Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Sanford, Michigan**
•Full-time position with four 10-hour days, alternating Monday and Friday off
•Call: 1:11 with nurse triage line support
Location/Community:
•Rural healthcare setting in Sanford, MI, near Midland
•Access to excellent schools, Pere Marquette Rail Trail, Dow Gardens, and Midland Center for the Arts
•Strong sense of community with small-office feel
Patient & Procedure Mix:
•Comprehensive family medicine care from birth through adulthood
•Preventive health, acute and chronic disease management
•Outpatient visits and in-office procedures
Requirements:
•U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
•Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
•Completion of Family Medicine residency
•Eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
