Pay rate: $12.00/hr

About the Role

Are you ready to be part of the excitement at the home of the Miami Marlins? We are looking for energetic and professional Valet Drivers who thrive in high-energy environments. As the first point of contact for fans and guests, you will play a key role in delivering a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Premier Guest Experience & Communication
  • Proactive Service: Deliver a high-end experience for Marlins fans and VIPs. Resolve guest requests efficiently.

  • Stadium Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of loanDepot park entry points, local Little Havana streets, and nearby freeways to provide seamless directions.

  • Clarity & Transparency: Clearly communicate valet rates, game-day procedures, and retrieval times to customers during peak stadium hours.

2. Vehicle Safety & Operations
  • Detailed Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle upon arrival, noting and reporting any findings to maintain accountability and trust.

  • Safety First: Navigate stadium parking structures and surface lots with care, observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices.

  • Proactive Reporting: Immediately report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the management team to ensure a secure environment for all fans.

3. Professional Standards & Team Play
  • Game-Day Reliability: Attendance is critical. Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ensuring we are fully staffed for the pre-game rush.

  • Professional Image: Maintain a clean, crisp, and complete uniform at all times, representing the professional standards of the Miami Marlins valet operation.

  • Team Collaboration: Support management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth, winning operation from the first inning to the last.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) is mandatory.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Game Days).

  • Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the "post-game rush."

  • Prevoious Valet Parking experience
  • Customer Service experience is a big plus.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Must be able to work to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.). Shifts will not be cancelled due to inclement or extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration for the entire scheduled shift.
