Lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing Inside Sales team focused on connecting buyers with the heavy equipment they need to succeed. As the Inside Sales Manager, you'll drive team performance through hands-on coaching, data-driven decision making, and continuous process improvement.

In this role, you'll oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for prospecting, nurturing buyer relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll play a critical role in developing talent, optimizing sales effectiveness, forecasting results, and ensuring a best-in-class buyer experience.

  • Monitor call/email activity, adherence to sales process, and CRM hygiene
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets in alignment with company GTV and revenue goals
  • Track KPIs such as lead-to-opportunity rate, talk time, response time, and conversion rates
  • Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead quality and sales enablement tools
  • Conduct regular audits of rep activity and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure reps follow best practices in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) for lead management and buyer engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
