Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Enablement owns the omni-channel digital capabilities that support online growth across B2B, B2C, and DTC channels. This role connects digital shelf performance, retail media coordination, Brand Advocate ownership, and emerging commerce opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion. The role partners closely with Ecommerce/Sales, Channel Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, Revenue Performance, and Sales Activation to ensure products are findable, content-ready, media-supported, and positioned to convert across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MarTech and performance measurement: Own the tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting rhythms that measure digital commerce performance across Levolor.com, retailer.com, marketplaces, retail media, and digital shelf.
  • Own digital shelf performance and strategy: Lead product content optimization, ratings / reviews tracking, PID location and optimization, keyword search, and PDP readiness to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Lead Levolor.com strategy and support marketplace growth: Own Levolor.com digital commerce strategy while supporting marketplace readiness, content, execution, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate retail media and digital demand support: Partner with Ecommerce, Sales, and retailers to align retail media priorities, campaign readiness, content support, performance feedback, and learning agendas.
  • Lead Brand Advocate ownership: Manage Brand Advocate strategy, message alignment, training, escalation paths, and feedback loops from customer questions, content gaps, and product issues.
  • Enable emerging commerce channels: Identify, test, and support emerging opportunities such as TikTok / social commerce, marketplace expansion, AI-enabled shopping, and new digital conversion models.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital commerce, ecommerce, digital shelf, retail media, marketplace, digital merchandising, performance marketing, or omni-channel marketing experience.
  • Experience standing up or advancing MarTech capabilities, including dashboards, KPI reporting, performance measurement, digital shelf tools, content tracking, attribution inputs, or cross-channel reporting processes.
  • Direct retail media experience, including planning, coordinating, managing, or optimizing retail media programs with key retailers and/or retailer media networks.
  • Strong understanding of retailer.com, PDP content, search/findability, ratings and reviews, marketplace dynamics, digital shelf performance, and conversion drivers.
  • Experience with AEO / GEO / SEO, digital findability, keyword strategy, content optimization, and how shoppers discover products through search, retailer platforms, and AI-enabled shopping experiences.
  • Experience with social commerce and emerging digital channels, including TikTok / social platforms, creator-driven commerce, marketplace expansion, or new digital conversion models.
  • Ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Revenue Performance, external agencies, retailers, and technology partners.
  • Strong analytical, project management, content strategy, stakeholder communication, and performance storytelling skills.
  • Experience with digital shelf tools, retail media platforms, content syndication, marketplace operations, Brand Advocate programs, or MarTech platforms preferred.

Success Measures

  • MarTech tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting rhythms are established to measure performance across digital commerce channels.
  • Operating rhythms are in place with Ecommerce, Sales, Revenue Performance, Channel Marketing, and retail partners to turn performance insights into action.
