The Marketing Lead is responsible for managing the execution of the marketing & brand strategy to ensure sales growth, brand wellbeing, and maximizing profits of the division. Lead, create, and implement marketing campaigns alongside Marketing leadership focusing on brand awareness, massive social growth, sales growth, and customer confidence that will allow your division to meet and exceed year over year targets. Assist in connecting support divisions to execute fully integrated marketing campaigns such as digital advertising, customer service, web/data, and supply chain to manage the entire customer purchase stream on available products. Lead by example through mentoring and providing tactical guidance that will foster critical thinking and build a badass culture daily. This position will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to launch new EEI initiatives.
Requirements
Job Duties
  • Independently execute marketing campaigns that foster audience & revenue growth while focusing on available products to hit monthly sales targets and drive maximum profits.
  • Collaborate with existing support divisions to effectively deploy monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the supply-chain team to ensure we promote what's in stock and/or high value brands.
  • Manage financial analytics and management of sales.
  • Inspire team members and guide true dream jobs through mentoring & weekly 1:1's that allow teams to easily understand efficiency, workflow independence, and ROI that empowers successful employees for growth opportunities.
  • Identify cutting edge content strategies and trends using key systems that grow MASSIVE social channels on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and new social media platforms.
  • Utilize internal and external relationships with vendors and ambassadors to manage brand perception, exclusive promotions/products, and ensure our teams have the information and product they need to establish campaign focuses.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Advertising team to ensure content/advertisements align with our brand tone & brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sales & other key driver metrics to track campaign effectiveness/implementation.
  • Pinpoint new product lines we can market, work with supply chain teams & ninjas to bring them fruition.
  • Support the planning and on-site activation of shows or other in person events.
