Job description

Sales & Marketing Specialist | Dallas, TX

RFP Homes is a real estate investment company focused on off-market properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We're hiring Sales & Marketing Specialists to generate leads, market properties, and close deals with real estate investors.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

  • Market real estate opportunities through Facebook and social media
  • Generate leads and sales through social media, networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Connect with real estate investors and qualified leads
  • Promote off-market investment properties
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
  • Build and manage an investor pipeline
  • Cold call and prospect through Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Execute email and social media outreach
  • Build investor relationships and close deals

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with phone and online sales
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX

Before You Apply

  • 1099 independent contractor
  • 100% commission
  • Texas Real Estate License required within 45 days of your start date
  • Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility
  • Cultural Index assessment required before the interview
