Are you a highly organized, execution-driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments? We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to partner directly with executive marketing leadership and drive lead generation, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple brands.

🔍 About the Role

In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the CMO to execute both digital and traditional marketing strategies. You’ll own project management across a diverse portfolio of initiatives—ensuring campaigns are launched on time, aligned to strategy, and optimized for performance.

You’ll serve as the operational engine behind marketing execution—connecting leadership vision with real-world delivery.

💼 What You’ll Do

Marketing Execution & Project Management

  • Partner directly with the CMO to execute multi-channel marketing strategies across several brands
  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects focused on driving lead volume, quality, and conversion
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery trackers
  • Own weekly reporting on campaign status, budget pacing, and KPI performance

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external agency partners (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, Pay-Per-Lead, traditional media)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
  • Monitor agency performance and hold partners accountable to outcomes
  • Support vendor management including contracts, invoicing, and performance reviews

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Support execution of multi-channel demand generation programs (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, PPL, offline channels)
  • Assist in developing lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Coordinate direct mail and other offline marketing campaigns
  • Analyze lead source performance and provide actionable insights to improve results

Cross-Company Collaboration

  • Partner with General Managers across multiple locations on localized marketing priorities
  • Align messaging, creative assets, and campaigns across markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Act as the bridge between corporate strategy and field execution
  • Coordinate with operations teams to align marketing with capacity and seasonality

🧠 What You Bring

✅ 5+ years of experience in marketing project management or digital marketing

✅ Strong understanding of SEM, Paid Social (Meta, Google, YouTube), SEO, and lead generation channels

✅ Proven success managing external agencies and driving accountability

✅ Exceptional organizational and project management skills—you build systems, not just task lists

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders without losing attention to detail

✅ Data-driven mindset with experience turning insights into action

✅Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home services, construction, roofing, or multi-location businesses
  • Familiarity with pay-per-lead (PPL) platforms and insurance restoration marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Background supporting executive marketing leadership in high-growth or PE-backed environments
