Project Manager – FabricationAbout the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of custom fabrication projects from initial handover through to final installation.

Working alongside our Creative, Production, Fabrication and Account teams, you’ll keep projects moving, solve problems before they become roadblocks, and ensure every build is delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the exceptional standard our clients expect.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing order to complexity, and love seeing projects come to life on-site, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of multiple fabrication projects, ensuring every stage runs smoothly from planning through to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading fabrication projects from project handover to installation and final close-out.
  • Building and managing realistic project plans, production schedules and installation timelines.
  • Reviewing engineering drawings, shop drawings and fabrication plans to ensure builds are accurate, achievable and ready for production.
  • Collaborating with our Creative, Production, Fabrication and Account teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Monitoring project budgets, procurement, production progress and change requests to keep projects on track.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, installers and clients through clear, proactive communication.
  • Visiting sites and overseeing installations to ensure quality, safety and seamless execution.
  • Identifying risks early, solving challenges quickly and keeping projects moving when plans change.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, approvals, RFIs, schedules and punch lists.
  • Championing quality, health & safety and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a genuine understanding of fabrication and production environments.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing fabrication, retail, experiential, exhibition, millwork or custom build projects.
  • A solid understanding of fabrication processes, materials and manufacturing methods.
  • Confidence reading engineering drawings, technical plans and shop drawings.
  • Experience coordinating on-site installations and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using project management platforms alongside Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience within retail fixture fabrication, experiential marketing or environmental design.
  • Knowledge of CNC machining, wood, metal, acrylic, paint or large-format fabrication.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, permitting and installation planning.
  • Familiarity with job-site health and safety standards.
Why Join Us?

We’re passionate about bringing ideas to life through collaboration, craftsmanship and innovation. You’ll join a team that values accountability, creativity and continuous improvement, where no two projects are the same and every build presents an opportunity to create something exceptional.
