Job description

General Description: The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator spearheads the day-to-day execution of digital programs, social media campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, encompassing website creative & content, marketing promotions, and overall planning & execution. This role collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the project lead on digital marketing and social media campaigns in Adobe Workfront.
  • Collaborates with designers and other team members to develop creative assets.
  • Coordinate digital marketing projects and/ or social media campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met.
  • Facilitate ongoing campaign tracker for social media initiatives and/or digital projects and manage key dates
  • Manages project timelines and resources to ensure successful project and/or campaign delivery..
  • Provides campaign reporting and insights providing regular status updates to internal team-members.
  • Supports creative production projects for Amazon, Walmart, LifeExtension.com and other digital channels.
  • Monitors website and marketplace analytics to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Executes digital projects with internal team members including the design team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Support social media, influencer, paid media, and digital marketing campaigns, including campaign coordination and operational execution.
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this role.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and approval workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience or equivalent
  • Experience with Asana or Workfront a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal and personal communication skills
  • Disciplined individual with extensive organizational skills
