We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Summer HR Intern to support day-to-day operations and project work within the Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that support employees and business leaders. Exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, hands-on experience supporting HR operations and projects

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation and records
  • Support HR processes
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and tracking documents
  • Coordinate with HR team members on ongoing initiatives and deadlines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements

Skills - Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university or college and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree:
• High level of professionalism
• Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team
• Strong knowledge of computer and Microsoft products
• Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation and records
• Coordinate with HR team members on ongoing initiatives and deadlines
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle confidential information Preferred:
• Majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Hospitality or related field
• Minimum of 3.0 of 4.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA)
• Currently in your junior or senior year
Tools & Equipment Used:
Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 30 lbs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Work may involve some driving/traveling to properties.
