Job description

This coordinator will be responsible for: directing the conferences creative identity and help develop/further develop the brand assisting in the creation of our brand creating digital design materials for the conference (programs, name tags, posters, etc.) creating content for the conference website and mobile app creating and managing the conference's social media accounts leading up to and throughout the conference The ideal candidate for this position is someone who: is very creative, maintains a design portfolio, and has done past work for conferences/events in the past has experience in a community manager, or similar, role has worked with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Indesign in the past is a great team player and able to understand/work with sometimes unclear feedback has a strong work ethic, but is fun to work with and maintains a sense of humour. Although not required for the role, having an understanding of front end web technologies would be an asset.
