The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Opportunity

TheInvestment Marketing Program Manageris responsible for delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote Fidelity's brand, products, and services to advisors.As a senior member of the Investment Marketing team, you will contribute to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by owning or contributing to one or more strategic marketing channel (Continuing Education Credits, Events, Sales Enablement Library) within the Investment Marketing team.

Demonstrating exceptional project management skills and a strong understanding of channel activation, theInvestment Marketing Program Managerensures our products and solutions are effectivelyleveragedby advisor audiences.


How YouWill Make an Impact

  • Lead the creation and execution of robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Fidelity investment products, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand market demands.

  • Sales Enablement Library: Lead and manage the sales content management library to ensure our advisors sales team has access toaccurate, compliant, and compelling content to support new and active sales cycles while also ensuring that advisor facing content on Fidelity.ca isaccurateand compliant.

  • Provides support for sales enablement collateral (e.g., emails, PowerPoints, Thought Leadership,POVsetc.) to scalable marketing material (e.g., articles, web copy).

  • Provide ad-hoc advisor marketing support to cross functional teams (Operations, Client Services and National Accounts).

  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.


The Expertise You Will Bring

  • Have or be able to quickly develop-a deep working knowledge of all prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) and non-investment products and the implications of market events on advisor clients.

  • An exceptional communicator who canleveragedata toidentifythemes, build anarrativeand secure buy-in.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with occasional guidance for meeting compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities.

  • Proven ability to proactively build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up, down, and across the organization.

  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving towards a common goal under specified timelines with minimal coaching to ensure deadlines are achieved.

What WeAre Looking For

  • University Degree (Bachelor'sDegree)inMarketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field,or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience gained ina marketingor communicationsfunction.

  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization.

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary pus target bonus) ranges from $99,000 to $117,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution-no employee matching required.
