Job description

We are hiring a Marketing Program Manager to support product marketing and launch efforts for game features, content, and initiatives for our client Xbox.


Our Marketing Program Manager is a critical execution partner to the Product Marketing team, helping bring game launches to life through strong coordination, organization, and cross-functional alignment. They serve as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing, Creative, Community, PR, Channel and Regional Marketing, and Operations, ensuring initiatives are aligned, on track, and launch ready.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys making complex launches run smoothly. They will bring experience in go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, global launches, supporting cross-functional products, content and/or feature launches. They are passionate about gaming and eager to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Product Marketing Managers in executing end-to-end GTM plans from early planning through launch and post-launch support for multiple launches or initiatives in parallel.
  • Translate GTM strategy into clear timelines, milestones, and workback plans.
  • Track launch readiness across messaging, assets, approvals, localization, and channels.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including brand, product, creative, social, community, PR, channel and regional marketing, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate launch readiness syncs, milestone reviews, and launch checkpoints.
  • Ensure alignment of channel plans against GTM priorities and partner with channel owners to confirm readiness and execution.
  • Drive clarity on owners, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Identify and proactively resolve blockers or execution risks to keep launches on track.
  • Coordinate brief submissions, timelines, status updates, and executive summaries.
  • Maintain clear, organized, and accessible launch documentation, timelines and source of truth materials for stakeholders.
  • Capture launch and post-launch learnings to drive continuous improvement of GTM processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong project leader with 5+ years in marketing, product launch, marketing operations or program management experience, with or for an agency or in-house team, preferably in gaming, entertainment or consumer technology industries.
  • Proven familiarity with GTM frameworks and global launches.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional product, content or feature launches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and provide solutions quickly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Critical time management skills for all owned tasks including management of timelines/deliverables for others.
  • Proven ability to break down complex ideas and convey them succinctly.
  • Proven experience in responding and rapidly adapting to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
  • Bonus: An avid gamer - particularly knowledgeable about PC, console, and gaming trends.
