Comfrt is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, creator initiatives, and key business priorities. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned, deadlines are met, risks are identified early, and launches execute seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing structure to ambiguity, and can manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Product Launch Management:
  • Own end-to-end launch timelines for product launches and key marketing initiatives
  • Facilitate launch kickoffs and maintain project plans
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Creative, Growth, Brand, Influencer, Social, Product,
  • Operations, Merchandising, and CX
  • Ensure launch readiness across all channels and storefronts (Shopify, App, Tiktok
  • Shops)
Campaign & Marketing Operations:
  • Maintain integrated marketing and product development calendar
  • Coordinate campaign planning processes
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Surface risks and bottlenecks before they impact execution
Cross-Functional Program Management:
  • Drive accountability across teams
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings
  • Document decisions and next steps
  • Ensure clear ownership for all deliverables
Process Improvement:
  • Build scalable workflows and operating procedures
  • Improve launch planning and cross-functional communication
  • Develop templates, trackers, and project documentation
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency
Executive Visibility:
  • Provide status updates to leadership
  • Create launch recaps and post-mortems in partnership with the Data team
  • Maintain visibility into key initiatives and business priorities
  • Help leadership prioritize competing initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 4–7+ years in project management, program management, marketing operations, or
  • integrated marketing
  • Experience working at a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional launches and campaigns
  • Expertise with Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch
