Job Description:

SCOPE:Provides the operational backbone for Mary Bird Perkins' annual, mid-level, and membership giving program. This role keeps campaigns, stewardship, data, and donor touchpoints running smoothly: coordinating and executing impact and stewardship touchpoints across print, digital, personalized, and event channels for the one-to-many program, owning the quarterly donor newsletter and a digital (text and email) stewardship program in collaboration with the Communications team and a third-party vendor, coordinating personalized gift acknowledgments and CRM accuracy with Donor Services, and managing the production hand-offs that move creative through Marketing. The Coordinator delivers stewardship consistent with the organization-wide donor recognition standards set by the Director of Donor Relations and Recognition, keeping the one-to-many program aligned with the broader donor pyramid. Working under the Director of Philanthropy and alongside the Associate Director, the Coordinator ensures the details are accurate, timely, and donor-centered across all Mary Bird Perkins locations, freeing the team to focus on strategy and relationships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Coordinates and executes impact and stewardship touchpoints (print, digital, personalized and events) for the one-to-many program, consistent with organization-wide donor recognition standards

2. Owns the quarterly donor newsletter and digital stewardship program, and coordinates campaign production logistics

3. Coordinates personalized gift acknowledgments, data entry, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with Donor Services

4. Supports data, list, and segmentation coordination with Donor Services

5. Provides administrative support for the annual, mid-level, and membership giving programs, including giving circles, advisory council, and membership gatherings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of administrative, development operations, event coordination, or nonprofit support experience. CRM or database experience preferred.
