What are some common challenges marketing professors face when balancing research, teaching, and service responsibilities?

Marketing Professors often juggle multiple responsibilities, including preparing engaging lectures, conducting publishable research, and participating in departmental or university committees. Balancing these demands can be challenging, especially during peak academic periods or when grant deadlines approach. Effective time management, clear communication with colleagues, and prioritizing tasks are crucial strategies for maintaining productivity and job satisfaction in this role. Many institutions also offer mentorship or professional development resources to help new faculty navigate these challenges.
