La personne occupant ce rôle est responsable de planifier, coordonner et assurer l’exécution des campagnes et des projets marketing du Club, en veillant au respect des objectifs, des échéanciers et des standards de qualité. Elle agit comme point central entre les équipes marketing, créatives et les différents départements, afin d’assurer une gestion de projets fluide, une collaboration efficace et une cohérence des livrables avec la stratégie et l’image de marque du Club. Elle contribue également, lorsque requis, à la création de contenus visuels et vidéo afin de soutenir les initiatives marketing et maximiser leur impact. Ce rôle requiert une grande flexibilité, la personne étant appelée à travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine en fonction des matchs et des activités du Club. 

Ce rôle est temporaire pour une durée approximative de 16 mois

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS  

  • Planifier, coordonner et assurer l’exécution optimale des projets et des activations marketing du Club, en alignement avec les objectifs d’affaires, notamment les plans promotionnels, la production et la présentation des matchs, ainsi que les autres initiatives visant à accroître la notoriété des entités du CF Montréal ; 

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes afin de bien comprendre les objectifs, les publics cibles et les messages clés de chaque projet ; 

  • Élaborer des plans de projets détaillés incluant les échéanciers, les ressources et les livrables nécessaires ; 

  • Coordonner les ressources internes et externes impliquées dans les projets (graphistes, vidéastes, photographes, experts de contenu, rédacteurs, traducteurs, agences, etc.) ; 

  • Assurer une communication proactive et continue avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et les tenir informées de l’avancement, des changements et des ajustements ; 

  • Veiller, en collaboration avec le directeur, à la cohérence des livrables créatifs avec la stratégie marketing globale et l’image de marque du Club ; 

  • Soutenir l’équipe de création de contenu visuel (graphisme et vidéo) dans le cadre des différents projets marketing, notamment en participant à l’idéation, à la conception et à l’adaptation des contenus 

  • Mettre en place des processus de contrôle de la qualité et assurer le respect des standards de marque ; 

  • Effectuer des révisions régulières afin de garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables ; 

  • Maximiser les opportunités de visibilité, d’engagement et de mise en valeur de la marque et des partenaires ; 

  • Soutenir l’équipe dans la gestion administrative liée aux projets ; 

  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe. 

The person in this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of the Club’s marketing campaigns and projects, while meeting objectives, timelines, and quality standards. 
They serve as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, and various internal departments to ensure smooth project management, effective collaboration, and consistency of deliverables with the Club’s strategy and brand image. They also contribute, when required, to the creation of visual and video content to support marketing initiatives and maximize their impact. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as the person in this role will be expected to work evenings and weekends based on the Club’s matches and activities. 

This role is temporary for an approximate duration of 16 months 

Main responsibilities 

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the efficient execution of the Club’s marketing projects and activations, in alignment with business objectives, including promotional plans, match production and presentation, as well as other initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of CF Montréal entities; 

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand the objectives, target audiences, and key messages of each project; 

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and required deliverables; 

  • Coordinate internal and external resources involved in projects (graphic designers, videographers, photographers, content specialists, copywriters, translators, agencies, etc.); 

  • Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with all stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress, changes, and adjustments; 

  • In collaboration with the Director, ensure creative deliverables are consistent with the overall marketing strategy and the Club’s brand identity; 

  • Support the visual content creation team (graphic design and video) on various marketing projects by contributing to ideation, design, and content adaptation; 

  • Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with brand standards; 

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables; 

  • Maximize opportunities for brand and partner visibility, engagement, and promotion; 

  • Support the team with project-related administrative tasks; 

  • Perform any other related duties. 

Qualifications
  • La personnalité ! Proactive, autonome, orientée solution, avec un fort sens du service et du partenariat interne; 

  • Posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire ; 

  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe ;  

  • Expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet marketing, de préférence dans un environnement B2C; Expérience en agence, un atout; 

  • Compétences démontrées en planification et organisation de projets dans un environnement dynamique, rapide et axé sur le travail d’équipe ;  

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite ;  

  • Grande capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, de façon autonome et à travailler sous pression dans des délais serrés ; 

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets (ex. : Asana), essentielle à l’exercice des fonctions; 

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 ; 

  • Intérêt et/ou expérience en création de contenu visuel (graphisme et vidéo), un atout important dans le cadre du rôle ;  

  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en transformation numérique et à utiliser efficacement des outils d’intelligence artificielle.

Required Qualifications 

  • Personality first! Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, with a strong sense of customer service and internal partnership; 

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role; 

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; 

  • Professional experience in marketing project management, preferably in a B2C environment; agency experience is considered an asset; 

  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment; 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; 

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana), essential for the role; 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; 

  • Interest and/or experience in visual content creation (graphic design and video), considered a significant asset for the role; 

  • Ability to thrive in a digitally transforming environment and effectively leverage artificial intelligence tools.
