POSITION MISSION
The Manager, Marketing & Operations Analytics plays a critical role in helping Bagel Brands make smarter, faster, and more effective business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. This role serves as a trusted thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.
Through advanced analytics, performance measurement, and cross-functional partnership, this role identifies opportunities, uncovers risks, and helps shape strategic priorities across the organization. In alignment with Bagel Brands' Mission, Vision, and Values, the Manager, Marketing & Operations Analytics fosters a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping teams make informed decisions that enhance both guest and team member experiences.

Strategic Analytics & Business Insights
โ€ข Perform routine and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
โ€ข Analyze sales, transactions, product mix, guest behavior, loyalty performance, digital engagement, promotional effectiveness, and operational performance trends.
โ€ข Conduct studies related to menu optimization, pricing strategy, daypart performance, market expansion opportunities, delivery channels, and new business initiatives.
โ€ข Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to assess the impact of key initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business results.
โ€ข Utilize internal and external data sources to develop actionable insights that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
โ€ข Provide recommendations and strategic guidance to senior leaders based on data, analysis, and business trends.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
โ€ข Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key business performance indicators.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, finance, marketing analytics, or operations analytics roles.
โ€ข Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business performance measurement.
โ€ข Strong experience utilizing tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.
โ€ข Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
