Marketing Associate

Position Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports day-to-day marketing execution across campaigns, local activations, and operational initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role provides hands-on support to ensure marketing programs are executed accurately and on time, helping drive store traffic, brand consistency, and customer engagement. This position plays a key role in keeping marketing initiatives organized, responsive, and aligned with business priorities.

Job Duties:

        Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and local store initiatives.

        Assist with coordination of creative assets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.

        Help manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met across projects.

        Support field marketing and local brand activation efforts, including event coordination and store communications.

        Assist with reporting and performance tracking for campaigns and initiatives.

        Coordinate with store teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered and implemented correctly.

        Support consumer financing and sales enablement initiatives through executional tasks and communication support.

        Maintain organization of marketing files, documentation, and assets.

        Collect and organize store feedback and customer observations to support ongoing marketing optimization.

        Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Marketing as needed.

Required Qualifications:

        Education: Preferred: Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

        Experience: Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, communications, or administrative roles (retail experience a plus).

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

        Physical Demands: Travel (up to 15% of time).

        Work Environment: Office.

        Schedule: Weekdays, weekends as needed.
