Job description

Adecco is assisting a client in the recruitment process for a Marketing Manager position. This is a permanent job opportunity. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance. The Marketing Manager will lead communication, category, digital, and loyalty initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing leader with strong experience in brand management, consumer marketing, and team leadership within a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and/or retail environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Product Management, and/or Category Management.
  • Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and/or Retail industry is required.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing, category, and digital strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
