Job Overview:

We are seeking a PCI Operations Specialist (Level 1) to provide service to client portfolios across multiple channels. This role involves ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness in assigned tasks, supporting operational processes, and complying with organizational policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Document daily operational closing reports, including activity closing and shift handover.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure proper functionality of operational tools.
  • Manage and communicate operational incidents, following established procedures.
    Handle service requests through calls, emails, and other available channels.
  • Document all services provided in accordance with established processes.
  • Provide basic guidance related to compliance processes without performing advanced technical analysis.
  • Participate in trainings and required operational updates.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support operational efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, write, and speak both Spanish and English.
