Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

Role Overview:

As a Channel Operations Associate, Digital Experience, for the Field Communications team in the Agency business, you will support the operational delivery of communications across channels and ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time.

This is an important individual contributor role that will execute day-to-day email production (producer role) and long-term email campaign strategy for Field Communications, for home office to field (agents and field managers) communications. This role will assume responsibility for operational management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) email platforms and will be responsible for all aspects of email platform configuration, operations, data management, analytics and governance.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with communications planners and business areas on execution of targeted email communications and coordinate with peers across other channels
  • Help manage communications execution across newsletters, InfoCentral, push/mobile, video, and webinars.
  • Configure audiences, timing, automation, and delivery workflows.
  • Maintain channel calendars, deployment standards, and launch readiness checks.
  • Partner on personalization and segmentation with Strategy and AI enablement partners.
  • Manage the Workfront incoming email request queue. Review all incoming metadata and creative assists to verify the completeness before assignment. Coordinate daily workflow with nearshore team to maintain continuous execution cycle.
  • Build out high-volume emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing the org approved template set and clean HTML.
  • Program complex, data-driven personalization components and blocks using AmpScript to pull and personalize content based on subscriber data. Utilize HTML, AmpScript, SQL as personalization tools.
  • Actively manage data feeds, update and segment audience data Extensions and Subscriber profile to ensure data hygiene.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting on request by value stream stakeholders. Compile and distribute structured weekly performance metrics and monthly newsletters to internal communication team.
  • Manage user roles and permissions, monitor system stability via Salesforce trust site, oversee Installed packages for API integrations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Must be detail oriented, able to handle working on multiple projects in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver communications with quick turnarounds on tight deadlines with precision
  • Willingness to learn the business to deliver increased value to stakeholders over time
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or a related major
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or related discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at the developer level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, ChatGPT, Excel), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, Ampscript, SQL

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or a field-based distribution model

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $65,000-$92,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
