Job description

As the Senior Manager, Global Brand Partnerships & Marketing Operations, you will support the SVP and GMEO leadership team through disciplined marketing operations, project management, and partnership program coordination. You will own the operational infrastructure that keeps GMEO initiatives on track, including governance rhythms, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for managing the logistics, guardrails, and execution frameworks for global ambassador, influencer, and brand partnership programs, and serve as the connective tissue across GMEO workstreams, ensuring consistent execution of global marketing priorities across teams and regions. This is a hybrid role; we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly.

Marketing Operations & PMO:

  • Manage project timelines, workplans, and deliverable tracking across GMEO initiatives
  • Lead operating cadences and performance review forums to ensure consistent execution of GMEO priorities
  • Identify and implement process improvements, workflows, and ways of working across marketing and ecommerce functions
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across SVP, VP Digital, and Head of Data workstreams

Ambassador, Influencer & Partnership Programs:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of global ambassador and influencer programs
  • Maintain and enforce global guardrails for ambassador and influencer selection, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives
  • Coordinate partnership logistics including contracts, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
  • Support SVP in evaluating new partnership and ambassador opportunities against defined selection criteria
  • Maintain and distribute partnership playbooks and governance documentation for RMEO teams

JBP & Media Operations:

  • Coordinate JBP administration and logistics across platform partners
  • Track JBP commitments, deliverables, and timelines ensuring accountability across teams
  • Support media operations coordination including governance documentation and cross-market alignment
  • Maintain operational records and reporting for media and partnership programs

Performance Metrics & Success Measures:

  • Establish GMEO operating cadences, meeting rhythms, and cross-functional coordination processes
  • Build ambassador and influencer guardrails and playbook
  • Implement JBP tracking and coordination framework

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience coordinating influencer, ambassador, or brand partnership programs
  • Familiarity with global marketing governance and operating model frameworks
  • Strong communicator with ability to work across senior stakeholders and regional teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
