About the Job 
The Marketing Manager efdoralprin Alfa will support the execution of the global HCP and patient marketing strategy for efdoralprin alfa (Dora) in Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (AAT). This is a hands-on execution role for a high-potential marketer looking to build deep rare disease launch experience on a once-in-a-generation opportunity — the first meaningful innovation in AAT treatment in 30–40 years.

AAT is a genetic disease-causing severe lung disease and premature death if left untreated, yet it remains chronically underdiagnosed. This role is critical to executing both HCP engagement and patient marketing initiatives before and through launch, translating strategy into flawless day-to-day delivery with a strong focus on omnichannel marketing execution.

Based in the US, this role works in close, daily collaboration with the Marketing Director efdoralprin alfa as well as the broader Global Brand team, US and EU country teams. The Manager ensures that both branded and unbranded marketing initiatives are executed with excellence and are locally relevant. 

This individual will report to the Global Brand Lead, efdoralprin alfa.

Main Responsibilities


Patient Marketing & FIND Execution — 40%

  • Execute patient identification, screening, and diagnosis acceleration program tactics in support of the global FIND strategy

  • Execute patient marketing campaigns, patient journey initiatives, and patient support program roll-out, gathering field and market feedback to inform ongoing optimization

  • Develop and execute omnichannel patient engagement tactics including digital platforms, patient-facing educational resources, and multichannel campaigns

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders as appropriate to support patient advocacy efforts

  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs as needed to ensure consistent, compliant, patient-centric messaging

  • Track and report KPIs and metrics for FIND effectiveness, patient engagement, and patient journey outcomes; surface insights to the Director for strategic action

HCP Marketing Execution — 40%

  •  Support the Marketing Director, efdoralprin alfa in executing HCP brand positioning, messaging, and Go-to-Market tactics across both branded and unbranded initiatives

  • Execute omnichannel HCP engagement strategies including digital tactics, multichannel campaigns, and HCP educational initiatives

  • Coordinate development and deployment of HCP marketing materials, ensuring alignment with promotional regulations and review committee processes

  • Act as day-to-day liaison with US and EU country teams, ensuring global marketing assets are adapted and deployed effectively in local markets

  • Support congress strategy execution in partnership with relevant global stakeholders

  • Support development of field support tools and training materials where appropriate

  • Gather market insights and HCP feedback to inform ongoing brand differentiation and strategy refinement; share findings with the Director

Agency Management & Administration — 20%

  •  Support management of HCP and patient marketing agency relationships, including day-to-day briefing, timeline tracking, and quality review across both branded and unbranded work streams

  • Coordinate agency deliverables across multiple work streams, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution

  • Assist with budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting with discipline and accuracy

  • Support brand planning administration in tandem with the Marketing Director efdoralprin alfa and relevant global stakeholders

About You


Basic Experience

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with exposure to both HCP and patient marketing in pharmaceutical / biotech or medical devices industries

  • Experience with omnichannel and digital marketing execution required

  • Experience working with US and/or EU country teams preferred

  • Some exposure to rare disease, specialty care, or launch environments preferred

  • Experience supporting patient finding/identification (FIND) programs or disease awareness campaigns is a plus

  • Understanding of promotional regulations and compliance requirements (branded and unbranded)

  • Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders (Directors and above) and country teams

  • Bachelor's degree required; science or healthcare background is a plus
