We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide broad support to the firm's marketing and business development team. This role helps keep day-to-day marketing activities moving by supporting content development, research, events, proposals, marketing systems, and a variety of team initiatives and special projects. The Marketing Assistant will work across the department to provide flexible support where needed, including coordinating proposal components, maintaining marketing information and resources, assisting with business development research, preparing materials for events and communications, and supporting general marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide variety of assignments. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing writing, research, coordination, creative tasks, and administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit marketing content, communications, project descriptions, and presentations.
  • Support proposals, statements of qualifications, interview materials, and other pursuit efforts.
  • Conduct market, client, competitor, and business development research.
  • Assist with conferences, events, and other marketing programs.
  • Create and update marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases, templates, files, and digital assets.
  • Support website, social media, newsletters, and other internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with technical staff and project teams while managing multiple marketing priorities and deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, including meeting preparation, scheduling, data entry, expense reporting, supplies, and other day-to-day needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing management systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation abilities
