Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Manager for our Captive Program to develop compelling materials that support our sales team and drives customer engagement. This role will focus on creating high-impact sales enablement tools, including written materials, presentations, and video content that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive the sales cycle forward. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, who understands how to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive materials.

This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

We'll count on you to:

  • Partner with our sales, service, and marketing teams to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a suite of sales tools, including sales presentations and pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, customer success stories, video testimonials and demos, and repeatable educational events
  • Work with distribution partners to co-brand materials and create scalable processes
  • Track and analyze content effectiveness, including soliciting sales feedback, to update and improve materials during a long-relationship-based sales cycle
  • Adhere to established brand standards, using a consistent voice across all content

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Writing, or other applicable field, or a combination of other relevant education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in creating B2B sales materials and collaborating with a sales organization
  • Ability to translate technical information into engaging stories for different audiences
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, including ability to conceptualize and script video content. Samples will be requested.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while keeping a strong attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills, including working with branded PowerPoint templates
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company events
