Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as a key contributor in translating strategic marketing objectives into measurable campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with strong project management skills, experience managing multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Execute marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events, and partner channels.
  • Support the CMO in annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established KPIs.
Demand Generation & Lead Management
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop programs that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Brand Management
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
