What Does a Marketing Manager Do on a Daily Basis?

On a daily basis, marketing managers oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department. They brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies. Marketing managers monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks. When they see a project heading in the wrong direction or when the team loses focus, the marketing manager reminds each staff member of their responsibilities and delegates new tasks when necessary. To stay current on marketing trends, they also analyze data on a regular basis to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
