The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product is positioned correctly in the market and that it meets the needs of the target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of the product, the market, and the competition.

The marketing manager should be able to communicate the value of the product to potential customers and ensure that the marketing message is consistent across all channels.

The marketing manager is also responsible for generating content, creating and executing email marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and working closely with the sales team to provide them with all marketing collateral needed for success.

In addition, itโ€™s vital for the marketing manager to keep up with industry trends and changes in the market and to adjust the goโ€‘toโ€‘market strategy as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead key initiatives included in the Digital Marketing Strategic plan with specific timetables and achieve target objectives.
  • Manage marketing team (3).
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the tools and resources needed to sell the product effectively.
  • Responsible for the execution of dayโ€‘toโ€‘day activities for social media initiatives, paid ads, SEO, blogs, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics.
  • Experience in managing assigned budgets and resources.
Skills required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager for Insurance, SaaS product or IT Software Technology is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective and measurable Digital Marketing programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossโ€‘functional teams, including sales and product development.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and ClickUp.
  • Strong work ethic and superior time management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills required.
